I’ve gotten some great feedback from friends and even a couple visitors. Thanks to everyone who’s provided it. Based on the feedback, I realized that the FAQ was not written very clearly. So, I’ve attempted to make the FAQ a bit more clear and concise explaining exactly what the premise is behind this website. Hopefully the updated information helps visitors..

It’s been a decent week so far for the site. Traffic has increased and it was even featured on a local news broadcast (thanks Vanbergs).

I definitely didn’t expect anything to happen overnight.

Today I signed up and submitted the site to Digg. I’m not sure if that’s a good thing to do or not - submitting your own site to digg. But I’m just trying to start getting the word out.

Here we go!

After a fair amount of initial design and implementation, Feb 5th is officially launch day! Welcome to YourSiteForaDay.com - A website that aims to be a very creative and interesting internet destination.

The premise is simple, I lease out the main home page content area each and every day. Any advertiser who would like to display their content (image, mouse over text, external hyperlink) can purchase any number of days. On those purchased days, my main website will display the advertiser’s content!

At any rate - I hope everyone enjoys visiting my website. For the initial launch I’ve got a base design and basic functionality, but I’m certain that improvements will continue as time goes on. Thanks!
